brand new villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is
fully fitted and beautifully furnished throughout. The exceptionally
large terrace extends down the side and back of the villa providing
more than ample outdoor living space for 6 people. |
The
two bathrooms provide exceptional capacity for dressing during those
peak times in the morning and early evening when everyone is trying
to get ready at the same time! The whole villa is light and exceptionally
spacious. An additional double sofa-bed in the large lounge allows
a total of 6 people to sleep with complete comfort. |
The
lounge is connected to the large terrace through patio doors which
span the whole width of the lounge. The view from the terrace is
truly breathtaking and allows you to enjoy a panorama from the wild
life sanctuary on the eastern extreme to the lower Sierras on the
west. Sunset brings everyone to the terrace for happy hour. |
The
villa is on the superbly designed development called La Ladera del
Golf and is built on land that has been carved out of cliffs overlooking
the golf course and the resort. |

distant over two fairways the nearest of which is just a stiff par
3 distant and some 75 feet below. So it is 2 minutes in the car
– it could not be more convenient. |

Almerimar is 45 minutes west of Almeria airport and two-and-a-half
hours east of Malaga airport.
Situated on the coastal plain below the town of El Ejido it is isolated
from heavy coastal traffic and unwelcome visitors.
From Almerimar the connection to the E15 N340 motorway is at junction
409. This motorway links you to both airports. Almeria Airport to
the east in the direction of Murcia and Malaga Airport to the west
in the direction of Motril/Malaga. |
