of Information The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information about their holiday property published on this site. Indalo Golf Holidays accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of this information. However, we reserve the right to edit the information supplied. |
The
advertiser is responsible for keeping their proprty details up to
date and accurate - this includes rental tariff details, contact
information and property facility details. |
If
an advertiser chooses to take advantage of our optional on-line
availability calendar service, that advertiser is expected to maintain
the calendar to ensure the accuracy of the information contained
therein throughout the period of their advertising. |
Indalo
Golf Holidays takes no responsibility for negotiations between its
property owners and site visitors. We accept no liability for any
problems arising out of those negotiations. The advertiser is responsible
for fixing the terms and rental fee paid by their customer. The
prices published on our site may change after the time of an initial
enquiry. Clients may change published prices (via email) on our
web site subsequent to the time of a rental enquiry so it is in
the interest of the client and indeed their responsibility to avoid
disputes by agreeing the price and terms before agreeing to a booking.

Property All properties must be clean, well maintained and located either upon or within a short drive (5 Minutes) to Golf course venues. Only ONE property may be published per webpage and agreement. Discounted rates may be negotiated for the publication of multiple properties. Indal Golf Holidays will not be held responsible for any aspect of property management, availability, contract or maintenance. |
Handling
Property Enquiries It is the responsibility of property owners to answer booking enquiries generated via this site promptly and accurately. All genuine enquiries should be answered with the minimum possible delay, whether or not the property is available for the enquirer's chosen dates. Failure to respond promptly and appropriately to enquirers reflects badly on Indalo Golf Holidays and deters enquirers from revisiting our site, thus damaging our business and that of our other property owners. |
| Liability |
Sole
Point of Contact The property owner agrees to be the sole point of contact for Indalo Golf Holidays in all written and oral communication related to the property advertised, regardless of who owns those properties. However, the advertiser has the right to decide - and alter at any time - the contact information on their on-line advertisement for use by Indalo Golf Holidays site visitors. |
Billing The property owner agrees to be billed directly for all advertised property and accepts sole responsibility for prompt payment for each new advertisement renewal. When the property owner becomes a new client of Indalo Golf Holidays they will be entitled to receive any special advertising discount offered at that time but this promotional discount will apply once only to the first advertised property. This discount will not apply when the advertising is renewed. |
Email
Correspondence For reasons of speed, cost and efficiency, Indalo Golf Holidays uses email as its primary means of communication with property owners. We will only accept adverts from property owners/agents with a valid email address. The property owner is responsible for notifying Indalo Golf Holidays of any change in email contact information. The property owner accepts that information relating to any changes/developments at Indalo Golf Holidays will be sent solely by email. Notification of advert renewal will also be made solely by email. Invoices will be sent (on request) as email attachments but we will not send invoices by fax or post. Failure to make payment by the renewal date will result in immediate withdrawal of the property advert from our site. |
