Finca Arboleda is situated in the countryside five minutes from Vera, ten mins from the beach. It is an individual property set in over an acre of mature gardens with a beautiful 10 x 5 metre pebbletec swimming pool. The villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes with hanging space and shelves.The bathroom has a walk-in power shower, WC and a handbasin with vanity unit.

The modern American-style kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, juicer and iron. A breakfast bar links to the living area which has two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofabed. The dining table will seat six.

There is English satellite TV and a DVD player. A WiFi connection is available. Outside is a patio area with table, chairs and barbeque.

Booking Notes

Prices are for the units per week with up to 6 in the villa, there is also a travel cot. Prices for extra days are pro rata and include linen, towels, not beach, gas and electricity.
A 20% non refundable deposit will secure the booking and the balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Once the balance has been paid it is not refundable unless we manage to re-let the dates.

There are 4 golf courses within a 15/20 min drive making it the ideal base for a golfing break. The closest, 5 mins away, is the Valle del Este.

Out and About

Vera is a very historic but at the same time lively little town with supermarkets, shops, banks, bars and restaurants. The town hall is from the 16th centruary and the Church dates from 1512. Vera playa has a very popular Aquapark. Most of the towns and villages in Almeria have market day once a week, Vera's market is very large and is on Saturdays. Inland there are lots of mountain villages to explore and along the coast is Garrucha, about 10-15 mins away, a working fishing town where you can watch the days catch be auctioned, have a stroll along the excellent promenade and then enjoy dinner at one of the many open air seafood restaurants. A further 5 mins along the coast is Mojacar with the historic white washed old town perched on a hill overlooking the seafront with 100's of international and Spanish restaurants. Mojacar offers a large variety of water sports, diving, and seaside attractions. Further along the coast is Carboneras which is the start of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park a wonderful protected area with mountains, coves and rare wildlife and birds of prey. Further inland is Mini Hollywood home of the Spaghetti Western with a Zoo and swimming pools, a great day out, only 40 minutes from us. There are plenty of other things to keep the family occupied with Go-karting in Garrucha and numerous riding stables.
